Core Stability
A Mental Training Course for Players and Athletes
A practical
six-session course to allow you to develop and use the core
mental skills necessary and applicable for all sports, team
and individual.
The course
will include the practice of Autogenic Training (AT) (Body
and breathing control, re-energisation, attention training
and concentration); the uses of imagery and visualisation;
strategies for building self-confidence; and the development
of a mental Game Plan.

The menu of topics above comprises five generic aspects of
sport psychology relevant to competitive athletes and players
across a range of sports. Workshops are best delivered to
groups of up to 12-15 participants in sessions of 75-90 minutes.
Workshop groups can be mixed or from specific sports. Topics
can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of different
sports and can also be made relevant to groups such as coaches,
team managers etc.
